Premium Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing BettorEdge Premium! By subscribing to BettorEdge Premium, you gain access to exclusive tools, dashboards, and features designed to enhance your experience. Before you proceed, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Subscription Benefits:

  • As a premium subscriber, you will enjoy access to a variety of enhanced tools, dashboards, and features that are not available to our standard users.

  • Exclusive access and updates will be regularly provided to enhance your overall user experience.

Subscription Term:

  • Your premium subscription is valid for the specified term, which begins upon payment and continues for the duration selected during the subscription process.

Trial Periods:

  • Your subscription to the Company may begin with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your subscription will be specified during checkout and is intended to allow first-time users to try our Site and Services. 

  • Trials require at least one valid Payment Method associated with your account. We will charge the subscription fee for your next billing cycle to your Payment Method at the end of the free trial period and your subscription will automatically start unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.

Payment:

  • You agree to pay the subscription fee as specified during the signup process.

  • Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the subscription.

 

Auto-Renewal:

  • Your premium subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

  • You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings in your account profile.

 

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your premium subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of the subscription term.

 

No Refund Policy:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes any upfront or recurring charges.

  • In the event of subscription cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

Changes to Terms:

  • We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Residents of Colorado: 

  • You recognize that residents of Colorado are not eligible to become a premium user and if you happen to be a premium user, you will only be able to leverage it outside the state of Colorado.

Up-to-date Information: 

  • You agree to keep your information up to date, including billing, credit card and payment information you provide to the Company or its suppliers or payment processors, including name, credit card number and expiration date, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number, accurate and up to date;

  • You will promptly advise the Company if your credit card information changes due to loss, cancellation, or any other reason;

  • You will be liable for your failure to pay any fees billed to you by the Company caused by your failure to provide the Company with up to date billing information.

 

Processing Costs: 

  • If any additional processing costs occur due to, but not limited to: collection efforts due to non-payment, negative balance, returned or rejected payments, or changes in personal information, you agree that the Company may charge you for these additional processing or administrative charges.
